Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Warranty
UGREEN products carry the manufacturer’s 12-month brand warranty. Perpetual Solo handles the warranty claim on your behalf — you deal with us, not an overseas portal. Accessories (pouches, stands, clips) carry a 30-day quality guarantee.
Power banks & chargers — safety
Battery and wall-adapter products are only listed once shipping, safety and compliance documentation is confirmed with the supplier. Items still being verified are shown as “Coming soon” with an early-access list rather than sold prematurely.
How to start a claim
