Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Quality guarantee
Every product is covered by a Perpetual Solo 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery. If an item stops working as described within that time, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. You deal with us directly, with no overseas portal to chase.
Power banks & chargers — safety
Battery and wall-adapter products are sourced from suppliers that provide shipping and safety documentation. If you ever have a safety concern about an item you bought, stop using it and contact us right away so we can help.
How to start a claim
Email charles@perpetualsolo.store with your order reference (format PS-XXXXXXXX) and a short description. We aim to respond within one business day.
